Young Gilroyans rallied to give their elders a night of celebration at this year’s Senior Ball.
The event, which took place Saturday at the Senior Center, was organized by the Gilroy Youth Commission. The event features music, food and dancing for the older Gilroy community.
Members of the commission prepared for the event by brainstorming themes, collecting cash donations and raffle prizes from local business owners, securing a band, a caterer, and a photographer, shopping for decorations and supplies, and decorating.
