Chris Theroux stroked a home run, double and single, driving in three runs as Team EvMar joined New Hope Community Church at 2-1. Albert Vegas powered a single and two doubles for the winners. Jeff Wong sparked the Battle Brothers with a home run and two singles.
Anthony Giateni singled and scored on a Ricky Krogen hit in the bottom of the seventh inning to earn Sign Creations a 20-19 upset over New Hope. Nick Magee roped four RBI-singles and Omar Rodriguez laced a two-run home run for the Sign attack. Rudy Rodriguez and Clark Poulsen each collected four hits for New Hope.
Bruce Nicholson went 5-for-5 and Henry Juarez scored four runs as St. Mary Men’s Club defeated HMI 15-12. Danny Benz managed two triples, Chris Soto two triples and a single for HMI.

Ralph Martinez and Ruben Ramirez each went 3-for-3 for the 2-1 Bondsmen. John Lopez, Joel Vaca and Bobby Reggiani each lined three hits for D. A. Wolfe.
