What’s missing from these pictures?
Imagine you’ve pulled into Gilroy for the first time and you want to find 152 heading toward Watsonville and the great wineries.
You are heading south on Monterey Street, after coming off the freeway at Leavesley. There’s First Street. There’s Jack in the Box. But where’s the sign for 152? There isn’t one from the south. There’s a small one if you happen to be heading north. 
Believe me, it’s confusing for newcomers. First Street IS 152, but there is no sign indicating that.
