There are 12 downtown and a residential group. A committee votes and gives prizes for the best.Â
“I was trying to come up with something timely,” said Nimble Thimble owner Linda Williams. “There’s enough of this back and forth with Hillary and Donald and Perry and I decided maybe it’s time we started working together instead of throwing stones at each other.”
