RECREATION SOFTBALL: Those Guys remain unbeaten in Winter League

Tyler Maslanka homered and scored four runs Thursday as unbeaten Those Guys edged Good, Bad & Ugly 14-13 in Men’s Winter Softball League play at Las Animas Park.
Marc Vegas and Johnny Andrade each scored two runs as Those Guys moved to 3-0, one-half game ahead of both 2-0 North Bound and the Borrachos. Good, Bad & Ugly dropped to 2-1.
Eddie Adame’s RBI-double capped an eight-run rally by Good, Bad & Ugly in the sixth inning to pull into a 13-13 tie. Joel Garcia, Art Garcia, Steven Marcucci and Adame each scored twice for the losers.
Trevino Brothers Construction snapped a three-game losing streak with a 7-6 decision over the Players-HD Auto Glass.
Trailing 5-3 in the bottom of the third inning, Trevino Brothers struck for four runs after the first two batters were retired to lead 7-5. Don Hernandez, Ryan Mull, Joe Forestieri, Rob Silvia, Matt Corona and Pascual Cid provided consecutive hits.
Mull went 3-for-4 and scored two runs. Mike Radcliff and Johnny Burns each produced two hits and scored two runs for the Players-HD Auto Glass. Gary Diaz added a double and single for the losers.
