Laurie Miller drilled a three-run double as Toby’s Girls (1-0-1) struck for four runs in the first inning. Vicki Velasquez powered a home run and triple, Katrina Villa a single, double and triple for Pacific Coast Bail Bonds (1-1).

Kay’s Kids turned back the Energizers 19-6 behind 4-for-4 performances from Alicia Hernandez and Kiely Sheppard. Marie Lucio and Kat Corrales each scored four Kay’s Kids runs. Lauren Capp mustered three hits for the Energizers.

Goldsmith’s is 2-0 atop the Women’s C League after an 11-9 edging of Farmers Insurance Wednesday at Las Animas Park.

Irene Rivera went 4-for-4 and Yolanda Lomas and Jessica Simpson each added three safeties to the Goldsmith’s cause. Jessica Gomez collected two RBI with a single and double for Farmers.

Laura Hagiperos highlighted an 11-run uprising with a two-run single to pace M&M’s past Image and Design Salon-Guy’s Heating 14-10. Julie Wheeler went 2-for-3 and scored three Design-Guy’s runs.

Sandy Fortino and Jenny Szyndrowski each went 5-for-5 to lead 2-0 Williams Dental Lab by Don’s Vending 16-6. Kathy Van Hoy and Liz Adams each delivered three hits for Don’s Vending.

Handmade Healthcare (2-0) earned a forfeit win over Dutchman’s Pizza.
