Dear Editor,
I am visiting here from Michigan. I’ve worked for
Harley–Davidson for 33 years. The last 15 years I’ve been
traveling the world over putting in new stores and trouble shooting
their dealerships, from Malaysia and Singapore to Daytona Beach and
Marina Del Ray. Traveling as I have, needless to say, I eat out
constantly.
Dear Editor,
I am visiting here from Michigan. I’ve worked for Harley–Davidson for 33 years. The last 15 years I’ve been traveling the world over putting in new stores and trouble shooting their dealerships, from Malaysia and Singapore to Daytona Beach and Marina Del Ray. Traveling as I have, needless to say, I eat out constantly. Doing so, I’ve frequented many establishments that have left a lasting impression. Some I regret having stopped at.
The reason for this letter is to thank the establishment known as The Longhouse Restaurant. When I am putting in a new dealership, I stress the importance of employees. A place is only as good as the people in it. The Longhouse, from the young man who busses the tables, pours coffee and greets you, to the waitresses, cooks, dishwashers, and manager are a definite asset to that establishment.
The food is the best, with a varied selection. When you leave, you do not leave hungry. Thanks for being an oasis in a traveler’s desert of memorable restaurants.
