Petty theft with prior convictions
Robert Joseph Mang, 27, of the 800 block of Fillipelli Drive, 5:20 p.m. Wednesday, at the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna St.
Grand theft
Coreen Tana Marie Fernandez, 24, of Morgan Hill, 8:27 p.m. Wednesday, at Wal-Mart, 7150 Camino Arroyo.
Eileen Josephina Dimetria Fernandez, 20, of Morgan Hill, 8:27 p.m. Wednesday, at Wal-Mart, 7150 Camino Arroyo.
Driving without a license
Benito Salinas Zamaripa, 47, of the 2300 block of Leavesley Road, 2:43 p.m. Wednesday, near the intersection of Princevalle and 10th streets on warrants for two counts of driving without a license, two counts of contempt of court, making an illegal right turn and failure to appear in court.
Efren Velasco Perez, 22, of the 400 block of East Eighth Street, 7:03 a.m. Wednesday, near the intersection of Highway 25 and U.S. 101 for leaving the scene of an accident, driving without a license, speeding and driving without insurance and on warrants for public intoxication, driving without a license, speeding and driving without insurance.
Public intoxication
Austin Trevor De Luca, 21, of the 8200 block of Kelton Drive, 3:56 a.m. Thursday, near the intersection of First Street and Westwood Drive.

Auto burglary
A pocketknife was stolen from an unlocked 2001 Ford F-150 pickup truck parked on the 7600 block of Filice Drive, between 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and 8:15 a.m. Wednesday. The suspect or suspects also cut the driver- and passenger-side seatbelts and burned the seats with cigarettes.
Robbery
A Hispanic male entered the Qwik Stop Market 93, 8400 Church St., brandished a knife and took an undisclosed amount of money from the teller, 5:15 a.m. Thursday.
Petty theft
A motorized saw valued at $200 was stolen from a utility cabinet in the bed of a pickup truck parked on the 7500 block of Church Street, between 10:30 and 10:35 a.m. Wednesday.
Other Sheriff incidents
Auto burglary
A cell phone, wallet, purse and credit cards were stolen from a black 1999 Chrysler Sebring convertible and a black 2003 GMC Yukon parked in a driveway near the intersection of Rucker Avenue and Fourth Street, between 9:50 a.m. and 10:20 p.m. Friday.
The suspect or suspects smashed windows on both cars to get into them and vandalized them as well.
