The City of Gilroy’s municipal code has adopted the “International Property Maintenance Code” that requires property owners to maintain their property exterior and “premises in a clean, safe and sanitary condition.” Municipal code section 12.46 also prohibits the “Accumulation of weeds or refuse.” While we aren’t sure who is responsible for the end of the cul-de-sac on Loupe Court, flanked by single family homes, it might create a way for neighbors to catch up during a quick trash pick-up and weed-pulling get-together.

WHERE: End of the cul-de-sac on Loupe Court, off Church Street.

PROBLEM:Trash along the fence at the end of the court, overgrown grass
