 He worked for Watkins and Johnson as an electronic technician.

 He was preceded in death by his father, Juan R.Vasquez Sr. and is survived by his mother, Maria and Jim Shero of Warrenton, Virginia. Brothers and Sisters: Maria (Adolf) Salinas-Lamberson, Juan (Linda), Alberto, Greg Vásquez, Luisa Salinas (Tracey Belton, Mikki Horn). Nieces/Nephews: Nathan (Yolanda), Lanette (Alvaro), Adam (Eileen), Anthony, Christine, Elyssa, Valeria, Gregory, Celen Vásquez.
