convincing 17-0 win over Spartan Little League.

Lead by Mackenzie Holt and Karli Martinez’s three hits a piece, Gilroy sprayed the yard with 18 hits.
Lauren Castro and Anna Gamboa were solid on the mound, using only 47 pitches – 38 for strikes – in the four-inning mercy-rule shortened game.
Gilroy advances to the semifinals slated for Wednesday in San Jose.
