Kairo Barroso, Gilroy cross country

Barroso recorded his best career time, 17:34, and took second at the Monterey Bay League Center Meet I Sept. 24. The Mustang boys finished first as a team.
Monica Ruelas, Gilroy cross country

Ruelas finished first at the MBL Center Meet I Sept. 24 at Christmas Hill Park. She finished in 21:44.85 to help the Gilroy girls to a third place finish as a team.Â
