According to executive chef Ken Jones, they even hold ‘passion wraps’ before every shift to get everyone excited about bringing the customers ‘operational excellence.’
What Makes It Unique:
Bringing the country Italian feel to guests with a fun, friendly atmosphere, big portions and an open kitchen.
Food is served in either solo portions for one or family style.
A staff of about 200 has been hired to cater to guests’ every need. Chefs work in specialities of sauce, pasta, salad and more to ensure every dish is given the utmost attention and care.
The menu includes a full assortment of salads, pizza, pasta, and about 45 sauteed dishes, all of which are made fresh-to-order from scratch.
Drink satisfaction is also a high priority. Guests can take advantage of the full bar or choose from a wine list of about 50 selections.
They also plan to hold a wine dinner for about 35 to 45 guests once a month featuring a five-course meal accompanied by five different wines (one for each dish) and experts from local wineries.
Curbside service. Busier guests, or those who prefer to stay at home for the evening, can call in their order ahead of time and have it delivered to their car when they arrive. Johnny Carino’s has a pull up service where guests can be seen arriving in the designated parking places and waiters will bring the order out to their car. No waiting in line, no getting out of the car – you don’t even have to lean out the window!
