A Salinas funeral home said it will hold memorial services for Dick Bruhn, who died Tuesday at 85.

In 1950, Bruhn opened his first clothing store in Salinas. In 57 years of business, Dick Bruhn: A Man’s Store and M’Lady Bruhn, expanded to Monterey, Gilroy and Hollister.

The clothing store closed in 2007 after its parent company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Struve and Laporte Funeral Home, 41 W. San Luis St., Salinas.
