The hotel spent more than $650,000 to upgrade their 90-room property to the new Marriott Refreshing Business standards. The rooms feature 32-inch LCD televisions, a well lit spacious work desk area with ergonomic chairs, free high speed internet along with all the standard amenities expected at a Marriott. The bright and contemporary new rooms welcome guests with vivid contrasting colors. Before the renovation, the independent website TripAdvisor.com consistently rated the Courtyard by Marriott as No. 1 of the 11 hotels in the Morgan Hill area.
