In response to the commentary by Lisa Pampuch I agree with her
on the sad decline in customer service. I also see this everywhere.
But her article also made me realize that I should applaud the
businesses out there that I feel do give excellent customer
service.

We recently purchased a new Ford truck here in Gilroy and we feel we received excellent service. We have always received excellent service at Bob Lynch Ford in that we have shopped around but ended up buying the last four of our vehicles at Bob Lynch Ford. So keep the good work.
