Don’t blame the railroad for the mess

The railroad is not littering, It’s the citizens of Gilroy who
choose to dump their garbage on the railroad right of way.

The railroad is not littering, It’s the citizens of Gilroy who choose to dump their garbage on the railroad right of way.

If Gilroy wants to solve the issue of blight they need to go after their citizens who dump their garbage along the tracks.
