The sixth annual luncheon and party to help raise funds for Habitat for Humanity is Thursday from noon to 2 p.m. at Fortino Winery, located at 4525 Hecker Pass Highway. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Gilroy is sponsoring, and food will be prepared by the Westside Grill.

For the last 12 years, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – the Gilroy office in particular – has held fundraisers throughout Northern California to help raise money for Habitat for Humanity, which addresses the critical need for affordable housing by providing home ownership opportunities for families in need in Santa Clara County.

Lunch is $20 at the door. Wine will be poured by Fortino Winery, Jeff Strametz will play live music, and a raffle and silent auction will highlight the afternoon (all prizes were donated by local businesses). All net proceeds raised from the event will be donated directly to the Habitat for Humanity Silicon Valley chapter.

For more information on the luncheon, please contact Diane Baty at 848-7930 or Di********@cb******.com or Toni Morris at 848-7999 or To*********@cb******.com. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Gilroy is located at 8050 Santa Teresa Blvd. Ste. #210 and can be reached at 848-2800.
