Edmund Thomas Gansberger, born Aug. 11th 1914, died Mar. 1st, 2012, age 97
His remarkable life began as the oldest son of eight children. He was a beloved husband, devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather and cherished friend. Â
 He is preceded in death by brothers Donald, Grayson and Johnny and by sisters Roma and Nola and son Jerry. He is survived by his wife of 74 years Jean Holtorf Gansberger, son Ted, four granddaughters, four great- grandchildren, brother Arnold and sister Ruthie Gunnels.
 There will be a celebration of his life April 1st, 2012, at Seasons Restaurant 102 F St., Davis, CA, starting at 12:30.
