Gavilan College will begin offering free Internet literacy
classes for adults 55 years and older in November. During the
six-week course students will learn how to use email, search for
information and browse the Web.
Gilroy – Gavilan College will begin offering free Internet literacy classes for adults 55 years and older in November. During the six-week course students will learn how to use email, search for information and browse the Web.

The non-credit class is designed to help adults feel comfortable using the Internet and there won’t be any exams.

Classes will be offered on the following dates at the following sites: Briggs building in Hollister, Mondays and Wednesdays, Nov. 2 to Dec. 7 from 1 to 2:20pm; Gavilan College, Morgan Hill Cultural Center, Tuesdays and Thursdays, Nov. 1 to Dec. 8 from 12:30 to 2pm; and Gavilan College Computer Technology Center at South Valley Junior High School in building 1, Mondays and Wednesdays, Nov. 1 to Dec. 8 from 10 to 11:30pm.
