Together with their brother, Paul Perry (Bellingham, WA), Peggy Ghysels and Sue Thurman (Gilroy, CA) announce the passing of their beloved mother, Georgene Eleanor Perry.
She will be forever missed by many including her brothers, George and Gene (Nita) Russell; Grandchildren, Tracie (Mike), Tad, Shawn (Jennifer), Alisha (Dale), Heather (Adam), Hannah (Chris), Aja (Stephen) and Jesse; six great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews and a lifetime of dear friends.
Georgene enjoyed so much, including reading, old movies, music, going out to lunch with friends and water-aerobics with her pool pals. She also had a strong love for animals.
Her final resting place will be in Edmonds, WA. She is now reunited with two of her sons, Keith and Rex, and her loving husband of 48 years, Edwin.
You are invited to an open-house remembrance for Georgene on Saturday, May 9, 2009, 1:00-4:00 P.M., at her Gilroy home. A memorial service will begin at 1:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Santa Clara County Animal Shelter, 12370 Murphy Ave., San Martin, CA. 95046.
