Cinderella’s dream will come true in Gilroy again, and again and again.
At 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, the Gilroy High School Theater Department will present Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “Cinderella” at the GHS Theater at 750 W. 10th St.
Performances at 2 p.m. Sunday and 7:30 p.m. March 17 through 19 will follow.
“This is Gilroy High’s first independent production after dissolving our relationship with Odyssey Theatre Company,” said director Ethan Stocks. “I’m hoping to generate some interest in order to ensure our program can continue to flourish.”
The Odyssey Theatre Company once produced all of GHS’s plays and musicals, and is an affiliate of the Gilroy Unified School District Educational Foundation according to the group’s website.
Tickets cost $10 for students and $12 for adults.
