In the first game, the player of the game went to mifielder Amanda Spellman and in the second, it went to Lindsey Valadaz at defensive mid.
The Mustangs will continue play with three games today, beginning with Mitty at 9am.
“We’re excited to play them again and play them on turf instead of grass, where we usually practice,” said coach Erin Gemer. “We’re looking for some improved play tomorrow. Our second game was much better than our first game. We are still working with moving girls around in different positions and experimenting with the new young team that we have this year.”
