SAN MARTIN – The drunk driver who ran over and killed a 26-year-old Gilroy pedestrian on March 15 was in court Friday to be charged with gross vehicular manslaughter for the accident.

The 37-year-old drunk driver from Gilroy, Bradley Graham Whalen, has been free from county jail on $50,000 bail since March 20.
