Ignacio M. Hernandez July 31, 1924 – December 27, 2011

On December 27, 2011, Ignacio M. Hernandez passed away peacefully in Phoenix AZ. Loving husband to the late Amelia G. Hernandez and son Ignacio Jr. Beloved father to Barbara, David Hernandez and daughter-in-law Esmeralda. Proud and Precious grandfather to Anthony and Bianca Hernandez, Alfonso Hernandez, Alex and Kelli Cruz, and David Matthew Cruz. Beloved brother to Frances Sandoval, Inez Hernandez and sister-in-law Angie. Uncle of many newphews and nieces, Carrasco Family of Gilroy, CA, and Hernandez Family of Phoenix, AZ.

Fred J. Tuso

Fred was born in San Juan Bautista and lived in Hollister until 1953. He worked as a carpenter for his entire working career. While in Hollister, he was given the job of building the Bolado Park Golf Club House with the assistance of many of the golfers. He moved to San Jose in 1953, where he married his loving wife Geraldine. He is survived by his wife and children; Catherine Thompson, Fred Tuso III, Sue Pershon, and Michael Tuso, his two sisters; Lena Lewis and Chelsea Vaccarezza, 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Roy Michelini October 14, 1932 to October 31, 2016

Rosary service will be held Sunday November 6, 7 P.M. at Habing Funeral Home. Memorial Mass will be celebrated Monday, November 7, 10 A.M. at St. Mary Catholic Church. Roy Michelini was born October 14, 1932 and passed away peacefully in his sleep at home surrounded by family on the morning of October 31, 2016. Roy leaves the love of my life, his wife of 58 years, Patricia, and six children: Kevin, Kelly Ramirez (Pete), Dina Buyak, Dan (Kriste), Laura Caffo (Marc), and Libbey (Kevin). He also leaves behind his granddaughter, Crystal Monasmith (Chris) and 15 additional grandchildren. Roy was known as a great man. He leaves a legacy of love of family and friends, compassion for others, especially those less fortunate. He welcomed all into his home and heart, touching the lives of many, and will be missed not only by family but by all those who knew him. Michael Dennis Dennehy, D.D.S.

Dr. Michael Dennis Dennehy, 56, died after a prolonged battle with depression. Mike went to great lengths to protect his friends and family from knowing the intensity of his personal suffering and succumbed to his illness on May 5, 2009.

Joe S. Garcia,(Tito, Joey, Uncle Joe, Whelito and Dad)born in Elephant Butte, NM and raised in Hollister, CA, went to be with the Lord early on December 16th, 2010, after a lengthy illness.

Glen E. Humphreys January 17, 1916 – July 15, 2012

Glen E. Humphreys passed away at his home surrounded by family on Sunday, July 15th, 2012, at the age of 96. Glen was a native of Blanchester, OH and a resident of Ohio until 1973, when he moved with his wife, Laura, to Hollister.

Patricia (Pat) Lorenz

Patricia Ann Lorenz, beloved Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Aunt and friend went home to be with her Saviour Jesus Christ on March 16, 2008. Patricia was born 69 years ago in Crockett, California and moved to San Jose at the age of 3. She resided in Santa Clara County most of her life except for several years spent in Pollack Pines, CA. She enjoyed a long career as an Administrative Assistant at Stanford Law School and finished her career at AT&T.
