Nick passed away Saturday June 7, 2008 at O'Connor Hospital, San Jose with his family by his side. He was the husband of the late Nora Matulich. He is survived by his children; daughter Linda Matulich of Los Gatos, and his sons Mark Matulich and his wife, Lisa of Los Gatos, Nick Matulich and his wife, Mary Lynn Matulich of Stockton and Paul Matulich and his wife, Karen of Los Gatos. He will always be in the hearts of his grandchildren Stephanie, John, Marc Anthony, Kristina, Michaela and Gabrielle. He was the brother of the late Paul Matulich. Born & raised in Gilroy, he graduated from Gilroy High School. Nick worked for Bettencourt's Market prior to owning Bottle Shop Liquors in Gilroy for 35 years before retiring. He was a member of St. Mary's Church, PER of Gilroy Elks and 4th Degree Knights of Columbus.
Leland Dauberg passed away June 8, 2008 in Morgan Hill, CA he was 100 years old. Mr. Dauberg is survived by his daughters Nancy and husband Larry Schnaidt of Cameron Park and Judi and husband Jerry Oberthier of Saratoga. He is the grandfather of 8, great-grandfather of 14 and the brother of Raymond Dauberg of Morgan Hill. Preceded in death by his wife Mrytle. Lee was born in Morgan Hill attended local schools and has been a resident his whole life. Mr. Dauberg and his brother ran the family ranch on Watsonville Road for many years, he was very active in the community throughout his life, he was a member of Eastern Star, Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Shriners, Duck's Unlimited and SIRS.

Dale C. Smith, passed away on 5/29/08. A native of San Jose, CA. Dale was a loving father who enjoyed country living. He is survived by his wife Lynne and children Lori, Tim, and Dana. In Lodi, CA on May 31, 2008. She was the beloved mother of Ken Scheidegger, Paul Scheidegger, a loving grandmother to Eric Scheidegger, Karen Benjamin, Jeff Scheidegger. Preceded in death by her husband, Fred Scheidegger. A native of Rio Vista, aged 93 years. Private Services will be held at a later date.
Died peacefully at Home in Fresno, CA. Born in KY and moved to CA in 1964. Lived in Gilroy for 30 years where he loved to spend time with his family camping, fishing, and boating. Moved to Fresno after retiring.

Ed is survived by his wife of 50 years Lucille; children Denita Shupe, spouse Errol of San Juan Bautista; & Eddie Correia, spouse Lucy of Tracy; grandchildren Josh Myers of Chico; Derrol and Melissa Shupe of San Juan Bautista; brothers Jack Correia, spouse Shirley, and Charlie Correia; sisters Dolores Henson, spouse Red; Elizabeth Perry, spouse Ken, and Evelyn Jurado; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Joe & Mary Correia; brothers Joe & George Correia; sisters Mary Shelton, Elvira Ormonde, Angelina Souza, & Alice Campbell. Ed was a General Contractor with an eye for detail. He loved being around family and friends whenever he had time. He loved the outdoor sports of ATV's, snowmobiles, and motorcycles because he loved speed. He was a very loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be forever missed. Ed grew up in southern CA where he met and married his wife Lucille and had two children. Then they moved to Tracy, CA where he worked for his father, and then went into business for himself. After living in Tracy about 25 years, followed by a short time in the Paso Robles area, the family moved to San Juan Bautista where they have lived the past 22 years.
