Betsy Anne Bean

After a long battle with COPD she passed away peacefully, her family and best friend Pam Teddleton by her side. She is survived by her daughters, Leah McLaughlin, Anne Steele and Nancy Samson, her sister Nancy Kerr, brother Franklin Welch as well as her Grandchildren, Jamie, Zach and Patrick. Born in Boston, MA she traveled the world as an Army Officer's daughter and then graduated from John Hopkins University. She was an X-Ray Technician for more than 30 years in Southern CA, before retiring in Morgan Hill. She loved helping care for her youngest grandson and his last words to her were "You're the best Grandma ever, I will love you forever." We are thankful for the time we had with her. By her request no services will be held, a prayer and a smile was all she wanted. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Odyssey Hospice and Pacific Hills Manor, for the care given to "Grandma" as well as for the comfort and help given to us.
