I wholly agree with Mr. Johnson. There needs to be some
enforcement of the mini-bike and the scooter law.
There is a scooter that goes around Rainbow Park, Howard Street
and Kelton Drive. This guy goes out at dusk, or even after dark. I
have called the Gilroy police, but to no avail.

There is a scooter that goes around Rainbow Park, Howard Street and Kelton Drive. This guy goes out at dusk, or even after dark. I have called the Gilroy police, but to no avail.
Now there is a little girl, with no helmet being taught how to ride a mini bike. They go tandem around Rainbow Park now, but who knows where else they will show up. The Dispatch had a big spread on the police department’s enforcement policy a while back, what happened? I rarely get any response from them, except when we were threatened by a pit bull at the far end of Kern Avenue, then they called the animal control officer who got there fast.
