Gregory “Greg” Kroeger died in an automobile accident July 25, 2004, in Gilroy. He was 41.
Mr. Kroeger was born and raised in Gilroy and graduated from Gilroy High School. He was in the construction trade for more than 20 years and was employed by Farotte Construction for many of those years.
He is survived by his daughter, Kaitlyn Kroeger of Gilroy; he is the son of Bobbie Ueki of Fresno and Marvin Ueki of Gilroy, and Bill and his wife Peggy Kroeger of Shady Cove, Ore. He is the grandson of Toshiko Ueki of Gilroy; the brother of Michael and his wife Mary Kroeger of Gilroy, Kenny Kroeger of Gilroy, Nicole and her husband Michael Buessing of Fresno, Jim Calbreath of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Susan and her husband Christian von Beverfoerde of Fresno; the uncle of John and Alyssa Kroeger of Gilroy and Christopher and Kendal Buessing of Fresno; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 29, 2004, between the hours of 3 and 8 p.m. at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, July 31, 2004, at the Gilroy Presbyterian Church, 6000 Miller Avenue, Gilroy.
