was 84.

A native of Pauwnee City, Neb., Mrs. Gooden is survived by her sons, Gearrth and his wife Joann Gooden of Watsonville, and Donald and his wife Judy Gooden of Indiana, sister, Dorthea Hildebrand of Salinas; grandchildren, Chris Gooden and Chamonix Jackson both of Indiana, Tamara Quiroz of Salinas, Gary Gooden and Kimberly Guzman both of Watsonville; great-grandchildren of 17; the aunt of Morya Gularte of Salinas, Kelvin and Theron Hildebrand both of Watsonville, Sadie Hildebrand of Watsonville, and Dawn Lambert and Tina Littlejohn both of Salinas.
Mrs. Gooden was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn E. Gooden.
Graveside services will be held at 2pm Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park, Gilroy, under direction of Habing Family Funeral Home.
