victory on Thursday night.

The Heat were led by Maddie Cox’s four hits and four runs scored, and Pati Soria’s three hits, including a grand slam to break the game open. Katie Zamaripa contributed two hits of her own.

Mikayla Decker was 3 for 3, also hitting a deep home run to center for the Bandits. Cynthia Delreal contributed two hits also.

“The girls really hit the ball well today and Pati’s grand slam and Mikayla’s home run were exciting to watch,” Heat manager Ed Castro said.
