Lois passed away peacefully on June 28, 2008 at the age of 84 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband Knapp (Tom) and her three daughters Linda Frisbey of Aptos, Peggy Foster of Phoenix, Arizona and Sandy Jones of Hollister and her son-in-laws. She has 6 grandchildren and 10 great-children that she dearly loved. She is also survived by 2 sisters and an extended family in Georgia and South Carolina.
Lois was born in August, Georgia and married Knapp at the age of 18. They traveled extensively for 20 years with the military and retired to San Jose in 1960. Lois worked as a Secretary for United Technology Corporation and retired in 1973.
She enjoyed her home and gardening and loved spending time with her family and pets. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service celebrating her life on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at the Santa Cruz Memorial Oakwood Chapel at 3301 Paul Sweet Road, Santa Cruz, California 95065. Reception immediately following the service at Chaminade. All friends and family are invited.
