Lorraine Mendoza was welcomed into Heaven by God and her family and friends on August 28, 2010, at the age of 92. Lorraine was born in Hollister, CA and lived a long fulfilling life surrounded by her family, which consisted of 15 brothers and sisters, 11 children, 42 grandchildren, 88 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Lorraine has left a lasting memory in all who had the honor of knowing her. Her family and friends will keep her spirit alive with all of the wonderful memories they have of her. She will be truly missed.
A visitation will take place on Thursday, September 2, 2010, from 5:00 – 9:00 P.M, with a vigil service at 7:00 P.M., both at Johnson Funeral Home, 17720 Monterey St., Morgan Hill, CA. A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, September 3, 2010, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Catherine Catholic Church, 17400 Peak Ave., Morgan Hill, CA. Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Memorial Park in Morgan Hill, CA.
