Manuel Reyes Corona died Feb. 16, 2005. He was 83.
Mr. Corona will remain in our hearts forever.
He was born in Benson, Ariz., and moved to Morgan Hill with his family in 1948, where he lived for more than 50 years. He worked for Southern Pacific Railroad from which he later retired. He enjoyed dancing and listening to music, and spending time with his family.
Mr. Corona is survived by his wife of 60 years, Socorro; children, Fred, Carlos and wife Debbie, Rose Campos and husband Jimmy, Madeline Rivera and husband Al, and Joanie Vegas and husband Carl; several brothers and sisters; as well as 17 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by daughter Isabel Martinez.
Services will be held at Habing Funeral Home on Sunday, Feb. 20, 2005, with viewing from 12 to 5pm, followed immediately by a vigil.
Mass will be celebrated at 10am Monday, Feb. 21, 2005 at St. Mary’s Church.
