short illness at the age of 91 years. He was a native of
Oklahoma.

He was the loving husband of Annie Mae Todd of Los Banos; father of Melvin Jean Scales of Houston, Texas; John Henry Todd of Houston; Hattie Myers of Baytown, Texas; Princess Ann Todd of Los Banos and Felicia Elmore Todd of Los Banos; grandfather of 14; and great-grandfather of 11. He was the last of 13 children in his family and is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services and burial will be held in Houston, Texas. Local arrangements by Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy.
