walks to raise awareness of and money to fight the disease.

Multiple sclerosis is a chronic disease that attacks the central nervous system and is often debilitating. It affects about 333,000 Americans, most of whom are diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 50.
The first walk will be held Saturday, April 17, beginning at the eBay Complex at 2055 Hamilton Ave. in San Jose and ending at Los Gatos High School.
The second walk will be held Sunday, April 18, beginning in the Whole Foods Parking Area at the Del Monte Center in Monterey, and the finish is still to be determined.
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m., and the walks start at 9 a.m.
