Neva was a resident of Hollister, CA for many years. She was a dedicated volunteer at the Hazel Hawkins Hospital gift shop and a devoted member of the Hollister United Methodist Church.
She passed away in Clayton, CA, however she always said her heart was in Hollister.
Neva is survived by son Ron Neal of Germany and daughter Kaye Frazier of Concord, CA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, Stephanie Frazier.
Memorial was held at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Hollister, CA.
