Stolen property recovered; help needed to identify owners
The Gilroy Police Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying recovered property which the GPD believes to be stolen.

Grandmother of Kevin Connell, Darcey Keeler (Bob), Suzanne Bible (Dirk) all of Gilroy and the late Stephen Connell (Gwynn). Great-grandmother of Tiffany and Sarah Connell of Gilroy, Dale Keeler (Allyce) of San Juan Bautista, Brenna Keeler of Gilroy, Charlie Minyard of Oklahoma, Jessica Minyard of Texas, Colton Minyard of North Carolina and Collin Minyard of Gilroy and Tucker Connell of Montana. Great-great-grandmother of Savannah and Shane Minyard of Texas and Riley Claire Keeler of San Juan Bautista.
Hearing for accused bobcat killer postponed
The pre-trial hearing for a Morgan Hill man accused of killing a bobcat without a license and eating it was postponed, authorities said.

WRESTLING: Nebesnick, Garcia set for CIF Girls State Championships
Two weeks have passed since Gilroy High wrestlers Megan Nebesnick and Jennifer Garcia last hit the mat at the Central Coast Section Championships. Two weeks of training and preparation in the books. And now, Nebesnick, the section champ at 189 pounds, and Garcia, the bronze medalist at 126 pounds, will put their skills to the test at the second annual CIF State Girls Wrestling Invitational Championships on Friday and Saturday at Lemoore High School.

Lillian Margaret Kershaw October 3, 1916 – February 15, 2012
Lillian, of Embro, Ontario Canada moved to California in 1963. She was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed.
Emma D. Errecarte Janaury 14, 1919 – February 18, 2012
"Babe" Errecarte was born in Los Angeles on January 14, 1919. Her parents were Fred and Adele Derbez, immigrants from France. She grew up on the family dairy in Pasadena, California. She passed peacefully at her home in Hollister on Saturday, February 18th, 2012.
David G. Castellano September 22, 1937 – February 20, 2012
David (Bob) Castellano, a resident of Hollister since 1942, passed away surrounded by his family. He was born in New Mexico and was married to the love of his life for 47 years. He is survived by his wife Mary, children Paul, David and Lisa (Jeff), six grandchildren, brother Alcario (Carmen), and sister Mary.
