A Gilroy woman who plans to file a lawsuit against the City of Morgan Hill claims to be the victim of false arrest and invasion of privacy in an incident that resulted in a police department internal investigation.
Updated: DA still expects charges against SF man in runaway case
The district attorney's office chief investigator said prosecutors are "back in the investigation mode" and still contended "crimes occurred" in the case of 41-year-old Clint Wageman, who had been accused of concealing a 14-year-old Hollister runaway before the related charge was dismissed Thursday.
UPDATE: City cracks down on Valentine’s vendors
The City of Gilroy's two code enforcement officers issued immediate cease and desist warnings to approximately 19 vendors who on Tuesday were selling Valentine's Day products without the proper city permits and business licenses.
