Man charged with killing wife’s puppy hasn’t entered plea
A Gilroy man who's been in custody since last May for allegedly killing his wife's 6-week-old Chihuahua puppy has yet to enter a plea but will be in court again next month, according to the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office.
Woman injured; dog dies in pit bull attack
After a dog attack last week injured a 50-year-old woman, killed her pet Chihuahua and resulted in the euthanizing of two pit bulls - one allegedly an expecting female - the victim would like to issue an emotional warning to the community.

Two traffic accidents on U.S. 101 in north Morgan Hill snarled early-morning holiday traffic Monday; killing a San Martin man and sending two others to the hospital.
John L. Aragon Jr. November 14, 1963 – January 13, 2012
Our beloved John L. Aragon, Jr. left us too soon in his young life, passing away at his home surrounded by his loving family. John was born in Salinas, CA and transplanted to San Jose in 1978 his junior-high year. He attended Andrew Hill High School and received an Associates Arts degree from Evergreen Valley College.
