Eyesore update: Graffitied bridge removed
In June, the Eyesore of the Week identified the bridge that spanned from an abandoned brewery across the railroad tracks off 10th Street and Monterey Road as a sight for sore eyes due to graffiti and peeling paint.

Annual Bob Hagen Memorial kicks off Thursday at GHS
Eight teams will vie for the title at the 32nd annual Bob Hagen Memorial boys basketball tournament, which is hosted by Gilroy High and kicks off Thursday afternoon.
