Suspect escapes after attempted bank robbery
Gilroy Police officers responded to an attempted bank robbery at approximately 4:36 p.m. Friday at Citibank, located at 7050 Camino Arroyo in Gilroy.

A Santa Cruz man died early Saturday morning in a solo vehicle accident near 1750 Hecker Pass Highway, according to a press release from the Gilroy Police Department.Â
