first alternate in the 1,600 meters with her coaching staff feeling
fairly confident that she’d be able to run.
Los Gatos – Elise Ogle went to Friday’s Top 8 Meet at Los Gatos as the first alternate in the 1,600 meters with her coaching staff feeling fairly confident that she’d be able to run.
When she got the chance, she made the most of it, finishing with a time of 5:14.56 to break a 20-year old school record by six seconds.
Sarah Unadia also had a strong day, setting a new personal record in the 100-meter hurdle s with her time of 16.95.
Tyler Hill ran the intermediate hurdles in a time of 44.48, also a new personal best for him.
Dante Fullard had a strong day in the frosh/soph competition. He took second in the long jump with a PR of 19-feet, 2-inches and also PR’d in the triple jump with a mark of 39-6.
