parking lot was always kept clean.

In the years that our Gilroy Wal-Mart has been in business, the parking lot was always kept clean. All the shopping carts were always returned into the store, or they would have an employee out there collecting all the shopping carts after customers completed their shopping.
Wal-Mart is a very good store to shop at. They have very good products, and good customer service. Now that we’re coming into the Christmas Season. I get very nervous with parking my vehicle in the parking lot trying to avoid hitting a shopping cart. I park as far away as I can to avoid being struck by anything.
As I went shopping there last night, it looked like a war zone out there. No shopping carts were in the store, all of them were scattered all over the parking lot with trash in the carts. Can something be done about it?
