Selling drugs

-Ricardo Cano, 37, April 17 at 2:48 a.m. on the 400 block of Leavesley Road for possession of a controlled substance for sale, driving with suspended privileges and giving a false name to a police officer.

Driving infractions

-Sonny Casillas, 32, April 17 at 12:30 p.m. near the intersection of Santa Teresa Boulevard and Thomas Road for driving with suspended privileges and driving with an expired registration.

-Theresa Bautista, 57, April 20 at 12:44 a.m. near the intersection of First Street and Santa Teresa Boulevard for seat belt malfunction, having no registration, having an expired registration and willful failure to correct a previous violation.

-Virginia Giles, 48, April 20 at 1:44 a.m. near the intersection of First Street and Santa Teresa Boulevard for driving with suspended privileges.

Under the influence

-Jesus Lopez, 49, April 17 at 6:35 p.m. near the intersection of Monterey and First streets for being under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

-Steven Barbosa, 23, April 18 at 10:41 p.m. on the 7300 block of Miller Avenue for being under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

-Jesus Lopez, 49, April 19 at 2:21 p.m. on the 200 block of First Street for being under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

Resisting

-John Fregoso, 31, April 17 at 3:55 p.m. on the 200 block of IOOF Avenue for resisting/delaying/obstructing a police officer.

Intimidation

-Angel Espinoza, 26, April 17 at 6:50 p.m. on the 900 block of Montebello Drive for intimidating a witness by force, probation violation, conspiracy and soliciting to commit a crime.

Robbery

-Carlos Vaca, 53, April 18 at 1:10 a.m. on the 300 block of Lewis Street for robbery and a parole hold.

Possession of concentrated cannabis

-Ivan Cavallero, 18, April 18 at 9:15 a.m. near the intersection of Hanna Street and Sherwood Drive for possession of concentrated cannabis, possession of a controlled substance and driving without a license.

Driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or higher

-Francisco Retiz, 22, April 18 at 9:15 a.m. near the intersection of Hanna Street and Sherwood Drive for driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or higher, driving with a suspended license and failing to comply with the conditions of a court order.

Criminal threats

-Daniel Wheatley, 32, April 18 at 4:15 p.m. on the 8200 block of Kern Avenue for threatening a crime with intent to terrorize and resisting/delaying/obstructing a police officer.

Theft

-Kelly Tasker, 36, April 19 at 1:49 a.m. near the intersection of Wren Avenue and Mantelli Drive for theft of personal property, petty theft and failure of a parent guardian to enroll a child in school.

Assault with a deadly weapon

-Steven Enriquez, 34, April 19 at 4:47 p.m. near the intersection of Sixth and Church streets for assault with a deadly weapon, vandalism and probation violation.

-Jose Gongora, 50, April 20 at 5:15 p.m. on the 7400 block of Rogers Lane for assault with a deadly weapon and inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant.

Sanity

-Samuel Sanchez, 61, April 19 at 9:29 p.m. near the intersection of 10th and Alexander streets for sanity issues.

Driving under the influence

-Heriberto Lopez, 23, April 20 at 12:34 a.m. near the intersection of 10th and Alexander streets for driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or higher, possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics paraphernalia and an open container.

Murder

-Juan Guerra, 21, April 19 at 6:46 p.m. near the intersection of Snell Avenue and Capitol Expressway in San Jose for murder, attempted murder and participation in a criminal street gang.

Possession

-Michael Reynolds, 43, April 20 at 9:08 a.m. near the intersection of Alexander Street and Banes Lane for possession of a controlled substance and contempt of court.

Multiple charges

-Jesus Delacruz, 33, April 20 at 4 p.m. near the intersection of Rogers Lane and Lewis Street for battery against a former spouse/finance/cohabitant, driving with suspended privileges, driving under the influence, driving with a 0.08 or higher blood alcohol content, driving on a suspended license, driving with an expired registration and being under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Drinking while driving

-Walter Banshak, 55, April 20 at 10:55 p.m. near the intersection of Sixth and Monterey streets for drinking while driving and possession of a controlled substance.
