taxpayers’ expense ought to be grateful when they see motorists
filling-up their cars, paying for 99 percent of the transit riders’
rides on Caltrain, VTA bus, lite rail, BART, Amtrak and bullet
train.

If gas prices get too high, forcing sufficiently large numbers to leave their cars at home, BESTA won’t have enough money to operate their Soviet-style systems. So, sit back, and leave the paying to your neighbors as long as our politicians can keep your subsidy stream flowing. Eventually, the great hoax by BESTA will end, leaving us all at a destination we could have avoided. Give me Adam Smith over Karl Marx any day.
