Walton & Sons Masonry upset Franco Imports 29-11 Tuesday at Christmas Hill Park to leave both teams at 2-1 in first place in the Men’s Fall DD League standings.

Ricardo Rascon scored six runs, Tim Graves five to key the Walton & Sons offense. Albert Vegas hit a home run and three singles for the winners. Kenny Hopf hit two triples and two singles for Franco Imports.

Gilroy VFW Vets also reached 2-1 with a 9-7 edging of Victory Outreach (1-1).

Frankie Martinez hit a two-run single to spark a five-run first inning for the Vets. Mike Montenegro and Daniel Montenegro each scored two runs for the winners. Abraham Rodriquez hit two doubles and Robert Pena scored two runs for Victory Outreach.

Matias Franco and Mitchell Reese each homered to help the Borrachos past Louie & the Outlaws 9-8.

Sal Flores went 3-for-3 and scored twice for the Borrachos. Greg Martinez homered and Art Garcia went 3-for-4 for the Outlaws.

Corey’s Girls snapped a tie for first place in the Women’s Fall League by topping Kalai Kraze 14-10 Wednesday at Christmas Hill Park.

Corey’s, 3-0 for the season, extended a 7-5 lead after six innings with a seven-run seventh inning. Liz Adams and Lisa Angulo each lined a run-scoring double in the rally.

Eva Neibel went 4-for-4 and scored three runs for Corey’s Girls. Ami Perez went 3-for-3 and scored twice for 2-1 Kalai Kraze.

Pops’ Gals squeaked past Station 55 12-11 to improve to 1-2 in league action.

Roni Rodriguez singled and scored a Pops’ Gal run on a Shawna Snakenburg single in the bottom of the seventh to snap an 11-11. Maureen Hughes and Bria DeLorenzo each collected three hits for the Gals. Chrissy Ivory and Evelyn Martinez each provided a double and two singles for Station 55.

The Players-HD Auto Glass dropped out of sole possession of first place in the Men’s Fall D League Wednesday at Las Animas with a 22-14 loss to Dirty Ruthless Vatos.

Ray Guzman hit for the cycle in a 5-for-5 effort for the winners. Jesse Gonzalez hit a three-run home run in the Vatos (2-1) seventh inning. Dave Newton and Roman Gaeta hit home runs for the Players (2-1).

Feather Haven (2-1) defeated Freddie Sanchez Hardwood Floors 13-10 as Eric Keen homered and John DeCarlo stroked a double and two singles. Benji Sanchez powered a triple, double and two singles for Hardwood Floors.

AG Construction moved to 2-1 by topping Battle Brothers 10-9. Henry Huerta walked and scored on a two-out single by Johnny Orosco to break a 9-9 tie in the top of the seventh for the Builders. Sean Subia went 4-for-5 for AG Construction. Taylor Micali went 3-for-3 for Battle Brothers.
