Gilroy – The South Valley Symphony will hold “The Mount Madonna Challenge,” a fundraising event, on Sunday.
The event will feature a “6K Salamander Walk and Race” beginning at 8:30am followed by the “12K Mt. Madonna Challenge Race” at 9am. Registration begins at 7:30am.
All entries are to report to the Spring Lake picnic area site at the base (Gilroy side) of Mt. Madonna County Park, on Highway 152.
Pre-registration fees are $20 with shirt or $13 without.
Completed registration forms should be made payable to the South Valley Symphony, Mt. Madonna Challenge, and mailed to P. O. Box 1347, Gilroy, CA 95021-1347.
