Modern airplanes, high tech jets, World War II aircrafts and helicopters were on display during the 2011 Santa Clara County Model Aircraft Airshow held Saturday and Sunday on Monterey Road in Morgan Hill. Members of the South Bay Soaring Society showed off their gliders and aircraft acrobatics. People who wanted to learn what it takes to fly planes and chat with the pilots had the opportunity to do so. The Skypark is open to the pubic on the weekends and people are invited to come and watch the planes anytime. Details: sccmas.org.
