DEAR EDITOR:

So, today is the first day of the new ugliness that our children and we will be faced with in regards to immoral standards forced upon the institution of marriage and family?

This is a day that immoral Supreme Court judges tell us how we shall live our lives and give us new immoral standards to live by. What a difference between this generation and the previous one. I was not born in this country, therefore neither myself nor my parents can claim any credit or lack there of for anything good or bad that the previous generation had done for this country.

However, I only have to look at the constitutions of this country to see that there once lived some very decent people on this land we call America. Look at what they left behind for us to enjoy and look at what we are establishing and will be leaving behind for our kids. I’m having hard times these days trying to explain to my kids the legalization of abortion and why some people (approximately 4,000 of them each day) think that it’s OK to kill babies.

Now I have to answer their questions about why we “the adults/parents” are allowing two men or two women to marry.

Didn’t we tell our kids the stories of where babies come from? Didn’t we tell our kids it takes a mom and a dad to make a family from the love that we share and feel for each other? Why are we accepting this crap that’s being shoved down our throats by the immoral culture and a few judges and politicians that only have their personal agenda of gaining power and the destruction of this countries values on their mind.

Are we willing to accept this new false theology about human life? When will this country ever learn from the mistakes made by other countries that have been down this road already and seen the destruction of family and social values? A wheel is always round no matter where you go in this world. You don’t reinvent it.
